It all started when a couple of guys came across the way to change the default Leopard dock. After playing around a bit, more people joined and started to create their own docks. And then it hit us.

While the traditional way of changing your own dock was not overly difficult, it wasn't exactly simple and fast. And not everyone knew about it. So we came up with the Dockulicious app.

We also realized all of these people needed a place to submit their creations. Unlike other sites that have mere compilations of the various docks out there, we wanted the creators to get their proper credit and have a way to share their docks with others for download.

And thus, Dockulicious was born.

Want to create your own dock?

Here is some stuff to get you started:

Click here to download all the files you need to edit in your image manipulation app of choice.

Just remember, you must save these as .png files when done editing.

Tip: If you are working on a dock where you do not want the icons to reflect off of it, do not make the dock image file transparent. In other words, setting the transparency determines how "reflective" the dock will be. The more transparent you make it, the more it will reflect the icons on it.

Oh, and once you are finished, don't forget to upload yours to the site!
